Who is Keara?

Keara Fernandez is a singer, actor, and musical theatre artist currently based in Philadelphia. She graduated from The University of the Arts with a BFA in Musical Theatre in May of 2023. Born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, Keara has always been just a short train ride to New York. Visiting the city and seeing the shows awakened something in her. A passion for live performance and entertainment.

Keara loves collaborating with new Directors and Playwrights and seeing out their vision. In the time she spent at The University of the Arts, Keara took part in readings, workshops, and performances of new musicals and plays. It was there that she found a love for new works and sharing new stories. Give Keara a pop hit from the 2000s or any song from Waitress: The Musical and she will blow you away!

 

Her serious and determined nature combined with her outgoing and confident demeanor makes her a force to be reckoned with and an ideal collaborator.
